Our local interest group provides an opportunity for the Puerto Rico IT Service Management Community to assemble on an informal basis to:

· Discuss common issues, challenges and exchange ideas
· Draw on the expertise of industry practitioners
· Share information on industry trends and events
· Networking and career enhancement
· Grow local interest and membership of itSMF USA
· Enhance the stature of the itSMF and benefits of ITSM initiatives within members’ respective organizations
· Provide direct input to itSMF as to possible conference speakers, training needs, and professional issues that annual conference and itSMF USA in general should address
